I m dead

We all have to; want, may, will and can die one day. In this respect we all become the same in death. A big difference is only present when it comes to how die? General desire to go to bed happy and content in the evening when you are very old and to fall asleep gently when you are as old as possible... that would be nice.

 The reality is different. German figures.


1st place: heart failure. The year before last, more than 7 million people (12.9 percent) succumbed to this disease worldwide.

2nd place: Blood clots in the head, also known as a stroke. After all, 6.2 million victims worldwide.

3rd place: Other lower respiratory tract infections kill 3.2 million people. .

4th place: COPD. It sounds harmless, but it is the lung disease that kills 3 million people worldwide every year. Is usually self-inflicted, through smoking.

Place 5: 1.6 million people succumbed to the AIDS virus in 2011. 6th place: According to the WHO, smoking is one of the greatest dangers. terlima-news - Cancer of the lungs and bronchi are therefore the

6th most common cause of death. In total, 1.5 million people died directly from smoking in 2011.

7th place: Diabetes was the cause of death for 1.4 million people worldwide in 2011.

8th place: Traffic accidents are one of the most common causes of death worldwide. 1.3 million people died in road traffic accidents in 2011. Incidentally, a 10% increase in the number of cases in Germany.

  People who eat more fruits and vegetables not only look better and healthier, but they are also likely to be healthier, researchers say, because these foods contain antioxidants, which help the body fight infection. British researchers are now proving their theory again, eat five servings of fruit and vegetables a day and you're on the safe side. 

Of course, eating fruit and vegetables is much better than having ready meals and doner kebabs every day. "We all know that we should eat lots of fruit and vegetables, but we don't have enough motivation to actually eat healthy food," says Ross Whitehead, leader of the research team, in the Daily Telegraph.

 "Telling people that if they don't eat healthier they might have a heart attack in 40 years is one thing. But when they say you could look this good in a few months if you ate more fruit and veg, that's more motivating.” 

What I think is exaggerated is the myth of five types/servings a day. This is similar to a 24/7 contract for the gym. The more opportunity, the less often you go. That's what the operators build on, because if all the members came suddenly, there wouldn't be enough space. And five times fruit a day is so high that the thought quickly comes to mind: ‘I can’t do it.’ 

So much fruit and vegetables have to be bought and managed. Then a lot gets thrown away. I swear by the saying: An apple a day, keeps the doctor away". And if you pick the apple yourself, so much the better. What the apple means to the European, the plum means to the Japanese. And the researchers agree on that. Plums and carrots can promote an attractive appearance. 

And the German newspaper Bild says: “Beauty tips against aging. Have sex! It's not only beautiful, it's also the perfect rejuvenation cure, because lots of anti-aging hormones are released."

What's your age?

Age is just a number
This statement is definitely true. But numbers are there to give something a value. For example your "number" is 67. What does that mean?
Are you 67 years old?
And exactly here begins the misleading. 
We all have a certain picture in our head. 67 years old ... that is so and so. My grandmother was ... retirement... old age and bad health... All these associations are misleading in one way or the other.

67 can be like

55% of those they born 67 years ago are dead already!

Many need care and help to manage their daily life.

Some are still working.

A few look actually younger.

Very few are of good health.

Most feel like retired.

Very few have got big plans for the future.

What is the purpose of one's life?

What is the purpose of your life?
I bet you have got no clue, otherwise you wouldn't read this in the first place. When you are clear about your purpose in life, concentrate your energy and efforts towards this goal. Be a boat with a rudder and compass, not only wind in the sails. Otherwise life blows you from one direction to the next and before you even realize... game over. Most people have a very limited life span, they even might get some kind of old. But this aging is worthless. Most spend the last 10-15 years just to suffer under decay. 

This is not necessary! Join Club 115 and turn the tide. Life a real life!

These three levels are very important

 

Our life comprises three levels, the body, the spirit and the soul.

  None of the three levels is better or more sacred than the others, they are all equally important and none of these three levels are perfect unless all three are perfect. It is neither right nor noble to live only for the soul and to deny the body and the spirit. And it is just as wrong to only live for the spirit and to deny the body or the soul.

Eat healthy

Live 20 years longer with the right diet.
Researchers are certain that nutrition is the key to a long life. 
Balancing vitamin requirements with tablets does not help.
Eat the right stuff!
And: Don't diet! Since I learned reading there been about 2000 diets in the various magazines, not a single one did the job. Keep that on mind.

It's called take it or leave it

Except you are a holy guru and just sit in a remote cave, life consists of ongoing action. There is always "something to do"!
The way I handle it, I love what I am doing. And if the very rare moment appears and I have to do something I don't love - than I don't do it. Easy as that.

Life after death versus life before death


Is there life after death? Good question and an answer to that would be even better. 
I live my life, I mean this one now, as it is my most important one and the one I have control over. 
I live this life as best, as good, as pleasant, as full as I can and as I in the end of the day decide myself. 

What comes after death? I honestly have no idea and all what I can think, will be interesting to find out. Just imagine there is life after death. Would you continue just like you do now? i prefer to live now. To the full!

100 things to do to reach 100 years

The first seven

1. Don't eat dead white bread.
2. Never do "TV marathon". Best if you don't have a television in the first place.
3. Avoid obesity! BMI can be an indicator to help.
4. Keep your teeth clean.
5. Always wash your hands proper. Of course, don't overdo it or become obsessive.
6. Be slim
7. Stay away from alcohol. Never, or if at all only moderate consumption.

... and 101 is always: Be happy and have fun in life!

Out of body experience

My friend Zen master Mark Horemans first told me about out of body experience in 1990. He talked of his travels to distant planets and even of temporarily leaving the solar system.

Out of body experience OOBE, is the name given to the temporary separation of the ego from the physical body. After many exercises with Mark I was later able to not only mentally leave my own body, but also let others participate in the experience.

For example, we have "flown" around the church towers in my home town Bremen/Germany and on another occasion we spent an hour across the high cliffs in the south of England and at that time we went out to the sea too. Out of body experience can be studied by many.

Basically it serves to enrich and expand the consciousness. For those who are currently incapable of thinking this way, it is said that this is a similar method to self-hypnosis in a higher form and absolutely harmless to the performer.

Move - move - move!

"How is it that possible I have quietly gained 25 kg since my 20th birthday?

 "And even though I always eat healthy and conscious and even do sports regularly "

Well, that's easy to explain. Today, you're weighing 25 kg more, which means you've only gained about 0.8 kg on average over the past 30 years. And that comes naturally unnoticed. The
clothes size does not change in one fell swoop, no one draws your attention to it, because it is almost unnoticeable.

The reason for such a slow weight gain, despite active membership in the sports club is due to the daily routine. Even if we e.g. being physically challenged at work and even exercising actively once a week, it is not enough to clear the balance between food intake and calorie needs / burns.

Scientists at the US University of Missouri have researched that a predominantly sedentary lifestyle and work style can not be compensated by the occasional walk to the gym or other sports activities.

What's missing are 10,000 steps per day, the scientists say. Accordingly, physical inactivity is the main reason for the development of chronic diseases such as diabetes or obesity.

Why would you want to live long?

Usually when you young one doesn't think much often about death or how old we will get. Everybody want to become old, but nobody likes to be old. so how does that go together?

Easy, live every moment to the full, means respect and feel alright with what you do and have to do. And leave the vicious circle of age by certain years behind you.
Childhood doesn't end with 15 and over 25 is not an adult. 65 is not a pensioner and 75 not the average year to die. Never, I mean never think in these boxes. Aim for at least 115 years and instantly you feel more powerful, younger and ... better!

Drink plenty of water

It is very easy, even in a modern world were water is available 24/7 in good quality in most places, to be constantly dehydrated.
As we know to drink beverages like coffee, Coca Cola or energy drinks does not add to the daily requirements of water intake, one gets easy dehydrated without being aware.
The thirst might be satisfied, but the body still has not enough of the pure water which is so much necessary for a healthy life and the longevity.
